1,5 teaspoon Kama flour
1,5 teaspoon sugar
fresh or frozen berries
MAKING:
the easiest and most common way to make kama is to mix Kama flour into buttermilk or unflavoured yoghurt with a little sugar.
If you want more liquid, put less of the Kama flour.
If you like to eat Kama with a spoon, put more flour in.
Let the mixture stand for a while so that the Kama flour can swell and be consumed with different fresh or frozen berries.
